My Athlete Idol, Ria Aginta



As a cheerleader, it's not surprising if my favorite athlete is also a cheerleader. Unironically it's my cheerleading coach, Ria Aginta but me & my friends call her "karia". She's an amazing woman, besides being an amazing coach she is an amazing athlete herself, she has contributed to her cheer club named "Crown Allstar". Crown is really popular among cheerleaders, they're famous for being a really good team. One of the athlete that brought crown to the top is karia, her achievements are uncountable for me so i'm only going to mention a couple:

-Champion of the 10th Indonesian Cheerleading Association National Championship 

-Champion of 8th ICAWJRC 

-1st runner up  of Asia Cheerleading Invitational Championships

and so many more that i can't mention one by one, that's for her own team but she is also the reason why Charts cheerleader (my team) can win lots of championships such as

-Champion of the 10th ICA National Championship Asian Youth Cheerleading Championship 

-Champion all girl advanced in tokyo, japan 2017

-Champion All girl intermediate Junior 2022

and so many more.

She's from a loving family of 3 so she doesn't have any siblings, unfortunately her parents aren't here with us anymore but now she's married to a loving husband, Ka Reza.

There's a million reasons why i can "idolize" her, she's a mom to a whole cheerleading team that could consist over 40 kids AT A TIME so that's only for 1 generation and now there's already 17 generations. She has to look over at each kid, cheerleading practice is no joke because it's an extreme sport the athletes have to train really hard consistently & seriously, i usually have practice for 5 hours minimum, it's really possible to practice more than 5 hours so it's really hard & tiring, i can't imagine how karia can do it for years. Accidents on the mattress isn't something new for cheerleaders, i ever had a broken bone. i literally put my sweat, tears, & blood to cheerleading but it's part of who i am and i love everything about it, thank you karia & other coaches for being such a good role model for me.

 豆浆(dòujiāng) & 油条(yóutiáo) In China, the unique breakfast they have there is this simple, yet delicious, breakfast consists of warm soy milk “豆浆(dòujiāng)” accompanied by crispy, deep-fried twisted dough sticks “油条(yóutiáo)”.
